Shipping

We offer free shipping on retail orders over $50, and a flat rate of $6.00 shipping on retail orders under $50. Retail orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Our products are made-to-order, so please allow 7 business days for production time before your items ship. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment, and your card will not be charged until the order ships.

For shipping of wholesale orders, we offer:

A flat rate of 10% of order total shipping cost on orders over $200 for most states, excluding CA, WA, OR, CO, NM, NV, NE, WY, UT, AZ, ID, MT, ND, SD, AK, HI.

A flat rate of 12% of order total shipping cost on orders over $200 from CA, WA, OR, CO, NM, NV, NE, WY, UT, AZ, ID, MT, ND, SD.

A flat rate of 20% of order total shipping cost on orders over $200 from HI and AK.

For wholesale orders from $1-$200, 15% of the order total will be authorized to the card provided when you place the order, and the price will be adjusted to the actual shipping cost when the products ship.

Wholesale orders will either be shipped by FedEx ground or UPS ground, which will be determined at the time of shipment. The customer will receive a tracking number upon shipment, and your card will not be charged until the order ships.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on non-personalized products within 14 days of receipt for refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of error by Little Birdie. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you do receive a broken or defective product, please reach out to us immediately.

Personalized products may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a spelling error on the part of the manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide proper spelling and ensure the accuracy of the information submitted for personalized pillows, dish towels, and totes. Personalized products are defined as such: pillows, dish towels, and totes featuring artwork containing locations, cities, zip codes, addresses, names, surnames, initials, dates, times, weights, and coordinates generated by the zip code provided by the customer.

We take great pride in our products. We are unable to accept returns on wholesale orders, except in the case of a product error by Little Birdie, or if a product arrives damaged or defective. It is the responsibility of the wholesale customer to examine the product upon arrival. If there is a problem with the order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will initiate a return or exchange. No returns or exchanges can be made after 7 days of receipt.
